Merchandising

Typically called a Golf or Pro Shop, a proper merchandising concession at a Club should embrace all members and have offerings that satisfy both golf and lifestyle needs.  

-Soft and hard goods need to be offered at various price points, with an emphasis on quality and value.

-Partner vendors will support the members needs.

-In-house club fittings along with scheduled fitting days with specific vendors need to be provided.

-Fair pricing providing the best value for members.

-Proper tracking of inventory, COG, and margins.
